Short description of project
(SNA Social Network Analysis) is a unique and innovative concept in the global market that allows predicting the behavior of subscribers of Telecom companies. This solution offers Telcos the possibility to offer new products before the competition, the prevention of the customer migration to the competition, a very rapid response to unexpected changes in the market (technological, economic) and other advanced functionality. Companies such as M-Centric, StatSoft, Optima and Alteryx are offering partial solutions and are focused on the Englishspeaking countries, what is a major drawback for most countries of Europe and other target markets. In comparison with the competition our complete solution offers the following benefits handling large calculations (adjustable parameters) adaptability of calculating business needs adaptation to local languages the possibility of adding new modules possibility to apply on different infrastructure etc. SNA-based solutions are needed by each mobile operator /Telekom/, regardless of size, the state in which they operate or any third division. The potential market is therefore huge, and sooner or later competitive solutions will appear, and NEOS wants to use the opportunity and achieve its real share of the global market.
