University of Zagreb Faculty of elelctrical engineering and computing hereby announces a
PUBLIC CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
for appointment to the following positions:
Applications must include a signed statement giving explicit consent for the publication of the selection results on the Faculty’s website, as well as proof of citizenship.
Applicants must meet the requirements laid down in the Act on Higher Education and Scientific Activity (OG 119/22), as well as in the relevant regulations of the University of Zagreb and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing.
Applications for positions must be submitted using the prescribed application form, available on the Faculty’s website:

Persons of both sexes may apply for the positions.
Applicants who claim a right of priority in employment under special regulations must explicitly state this in their application and to enclose all documents prescribed by those regulations as evidence of the right to priority. Such applicants shall be given priority in employment under this call over other candidates, under the same conditions specified in the call, based on a complete, orderly, and timely application, provided that they meet all the requirements of the call.
Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
The deadline for submitting applications is 30 days from the date of publication of this call.
Candidates will be informed of the results within 10 days following the conclusion of the selection procedure, via the Faculty’s website https://www.fer.unizg.hr/en/news_insights/jobs.
Candidates who submitted applications for the competition published in the Official Gazette No. 35 of April 3, 2026, on the website of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing of April 3, 2026 and the Euraxess website of April 3, 2026, are hereby informed that, based on the decision of the Faculty Council of the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, and after receiving the proposal of the committee for proposing elections to the associate position of senior assistant in the field of technical sciences, field of computing in the Department of Applied Computing, Agneza Krajna, PhD has been elected.
