Short description of project
The project aims at investigating electronic circuits and devices operating at GHz frequencies. The first goal is to develop the procedures for modeling of nonlinear semiconductor devices and the procedures for parameter extraction for the models. Secondly, investigation of high speed standard digital cells with emphasis on the design testability. Thirdly, design of test structures that enable the estimation of the ultimate performance characteristics obtainable in a given technology. Finally, interconnect characterization in high-speed digital circuits.
