Short description of project
The project is investigating, evaluating and defining methods to improve project management and risk management, and methods and techniques that can contribute to the information system success. The aim is to increase the skills of domestic professionals and to contribute to successful computerisation of the country. The ultimate goal of the project is to define a framework for decision support during the whole IS life cycle and to develop methods and tools that can increase the efficiency of development and quality of software products.
