Short description of project

The aim of the project is to specify, develop, implement and validate a complete framework able to provide picture quality management in DVB-T/H systems. Quality parameters will be clearly identified, described and controlled all the way along the broadcast chain. The system parameters will be managed to meet users' perceived picture quality requirements. In order to provide the best quality estimation, a new approach for perceived picture quality evaluation will be developed, implemented and integrated in DVB-T/H system architecture.
