Short description of project

The methods of optimized electromagnetic and thermal design of electric machines and drives for potentially explosive atmosphere and other special applications will be developed and implemented. An application of remote “on-line” diagnostics of electric drives operating in potentially explosive atmosphere will be developed. The methods of modeling and simulation of reliability and risks involving electric drives operating in potentially explosive atmosphere will be investigated.
