Short description of project
The aim of the project is to develop advanced CMOS structures and other CMOS-compatible devices, which would improve the electrical characteristics of the existing transistors and prolong their down scaling. The advanced transistor structures such as vertical SONFET, high aspect-ratio FinFET, SiGe-based devices etc. are going to be simulated, processed and characterized. The integration potential of such devices and the possibilities of their integration with standard CMOS will be investigated.
