Short description of project
The research project has the following objectives: development of advanced, inherently safe, small size power nuclear reactor (IRIS) - neutronic calculations performed in the framework of the proposed project will result in optimal in-core fuel management of such an advanced reactor; optimal in-core fuel management of the standard PWR reactor; generating a competent estimation on nuclear fuel sufficiency; maintaining a scientific team competent for independent monitoring and scientific evaluation of nuclear technology development.
