Short description of project

The quality of satellite positioning is determined by the impacts of numerous affecting issues, among them the environmental being the most influential. Numerous physical processes that take place in the Earth's atmosphere, affect the satellite positioning signals propagation, therefore causing significant errors in satellite positioning process. The proposed project aims to identify the peculiarities of local environment in Croatia and nearby region, and develop and validate local and regional environmental correction models.
