Short description of project

The 1/f noise imposes an important parameter of the pre-amplifiers, especially in the measurement systems where week signals has to be detected. Such pre-amplifiers have to e carefully designed with a special attention paid to the input stages. Additionally, the characteritics of detectors that produce measured signals has to be taken into account.

Investigation of electrical performance of Deep Ultra Violet (DUV) and Extreme Ultra Violet (EUV) photodetectors including noise. Optimization of the photodetector structure with respect to reliability, responsivity and noise performance.
