got accepted to The International Workshop on Advances in Sensors and Interfaces (IWASI) 2015 which will be held 18-19. June 2015 in Gallipoli, Italy.

With the study presented in this paper we continue the collaboration with the Integrated Systems Laboratory and start a collaboration with the The Group of Micro and Nanosystems, both at ETH Zürich, Switzerland.
