Course Description

It is divided into the usual 12 arrivals in gym and three ridges, and optional courses at sports.

Learning Outcomes

  1. develop habits for the care and protection of health
  2. develop the habits and needs of practicing kinesiological activities
  3. summarize the basic knowledge of kinesiology
  4. develop motor skills with the aim of preserving and improving health
  5. use proper motion simulators, trainers, free weights, sports equipment and supplies
  6. use any concrete and technical structure during games
