The course aims to develop an advanced level of theoretical knowledge in understanding the general useful function of insurance and reinsurance for the social community; develop specific knowledge on certain types of insurance and reinsurance, their legal aspects, and insurance and reinsurance markets in Europe and the world; analyze the opportunities offered by digitalization and technology development to improve the business of insurance companies; and apply the acquired scientific and professional knowledge in the sphere of functioning of insurance companies and in the conditions of digitization and technological progress in insurance and reinsurance markets in
