- Numerical integration methods in analysis of electromagnetic transients
- Transients in circuits with linear and nonlinear elements
- Switching off of unloaded transmission line, Switching off of short-circuited transmission line (short line fault)
- Inrush currents of an unloaded power transformer and shunt reactor, Switching off an unloaded power transformer and shunt reactor (current chopping phenomena)

- Modeling of high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) protection devices
- Modeling of instrument and power transformers, Modeling of circuit breaker (electric arc and transient recovery voltages)
- Modeling of ferroresonance (power transformers, inductive voltage transformer)
- Calculation examples of transients in the Electromagnetic Transients Program EMTP, Laboratory measurements of the transient voltages and currents
- Transients as a source of the electromagnetic disturbances, Modeling of influence of the electromagnetic appearances on the current circuits, equipment, systems
