It is our great pleasure to inform you that our professor Željko Tomšić has received the “Hrvoje Požar” award for 2021. The Croatian Energy Society gives this award for highly distinguished technical and scientific work in the energy field and professor Tomšić had the privilege of receiving this special recognition from Dr. Tomislav Ćorić, the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of the Republic of Croatia. On behalf of all awardees, professor Tomšić gave an inspiring talk to a distinguished audience on the current challenges of the energy transition.
