We are so proud that a panel discussion 'Should I stay or go - women in energy' (as part of IEEE PES Women in Power Croatia and the UKUS project) was held at our Department. Mirna Gržanić, PhD was the moderator of the discussion. She had the honor to host and introduce four successful women: Paulina Duckic (our Department), Zora Luburić (TSCNET Services GmbH), Martina Kutija (FER) and Martina Mikulić (HEP). Ladies shared their business experiences, with an emphasis on the selection of academia and industry, the role of women in the energy field and gave us some good pieces of advice.
