From 26-28 August 2023, Ankara, Turkey hosted the 4th International Conference of Clean and Green Energy Engineering (CGEE 2023). This hybrid event welcomed three outstanding keynote speakers (Prof. Joe Dong, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore; Prof. Mohamed Benbouzid, University of Brest, France and Prof. Murat Fahrioglu, Middle East Technical University, Northern Cyprus). As the IEEE PES is a technical cosponsor of the conference, all accepted papers will be published in IEEEXplore and selected papers will be published in the Journal of Energy – Energija. The conference proceedings contained four topics: 1) Smart Grid, Grid-Connected Microgrid and Power Load Forecasting 2) Renewable Energy Power Generation and Clean Energy Applications 3) Battery, Energy Storage, and Power Supply Technology 4) Energy Consumption and Emission Characteristics of Electric Vehicles. General chair of the conference was our professor Igor Kuzle who chaired the conference online, while our assistant professor Ninoslav Holjevac was a member of the Technical Program Committee.
The next, 5th edition of this conference will be held in Izmir, Turkey from 24-26 August, 2024, while the 6th edition will be held in Zagreb, Croatia from 23-25 August, 2025.
