The department congratulates Professor Igor Kuzle on his new appointment as the Editor-in-Chief of the Springer Nature Technology and Publishing Solutions journal Electrical Engineering (ISSN 0948-7921) starting February 2023.
The journal Electrical Engineering following upon the long tradition of Archiv für Elektrotechnik and publishes original papers in the field of electrical engineering with a strong focus on all topics related to the electric power systems and the smart grids. According to JCR, the journal's current impact factor is 1.630 (Q3). This is a major new achievement for Professor Kuzle, who already serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Energy (ISSN 0013-7448).
