Project meeting with LED elektronika

A regular technical meeting of SmartCityLight project was held on May 4, 2022 with researchers from LED elektronika and FER.

FER team presented their progress on mathematical modelling of light propagation in space and in weather conditions, followed by description of complex cost function for the optimisation of lighting amount in various points of space. Wide possibilities of the algorithms were presented and discussed from both theoretical and practical aspects.

LE team presented their work on advanced dimming controller prototype and integration with their PrecisionLux street lamps series, together with connectivity possibilities with central PrecisionLeap advanced SCADA system. The team shared their practical experience about on-site challenges and aspects to take into account during next stages of the project.
