Conference parcitipant was the young researcher Boran Morvaj.
Boran Morvaj has participated at the conference by presenting paper “Demonstrating Smart Buildings and Smart Grid features in a Smart Energy City” which is a product of the project. He has also attended a technical visit to the Wind Farm – Chao de Falcao where it was presented the influence of the renewable energy sources to the current and future grids.
The value and benefit from this Conference is determined from their relevance for the smart grid area, chance for networking, and learning about recent relevant work.

3rd International Youth Conference on Energetics (IYCE) 2011 was held in Leiria, Portugal and organized by R&D unit Institute for Systems Engineering and Computers at Coimbra (INESCC) and the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria and the Hungarian Student Association of Energy. The Conference had plenary sessions as well as oral and poster sessions, and offered a wide platform for discussions and experience exchange. The Conference also provided the opportunity for establishing contacts which could help with current project.
