Course Description
Definition and organization of industrial plants (IP). Requirements for primary and secondary technological equipment IP. Choosing a suitable site for the plant and the construction of basic facilities. Flows of materials, energy and information. Design of the application. Production and distribution of electrical energy. Heating, ventilation and cooling in industrial plants. Industrial systems for steam, heaters, pumps, fans and compressed air systems. Maintenance of the systems, effective and predictive maintenance. Examples of complex plants: metal industry, glass industry, marine plants.
