In the Christmas issue of the Nacional News Magazin, our professor Davor Škrlec gave an interview in which he explained the failure of the national waste management policy and the transformation of society towards a circular economy, the lagging of Croatia in the green transition due to the ineffective organization of the state, under-capacitated and incompetent public administration. He spoke openly about the challenges facing the European Union to move away from fossil fuels and become carbon neutral while maintaining global geopolitical influence and economic strength.
