We are delighted that our long-time work on battery storage systems is coming into the application phase! Our patent Method for Experimental Determination of Battery Parameters and Their Use approved in the EU countries and the USA is currently pending in China as well. The inventors are Hrvoje Pandzic, Hrvoje Bašić and Vedran Bobanac. We are the first in the world who managed to obtain one-way battery efficiencies depending on the C-rate (charging and discharging currents). This is detrimental to improve the battery lifetime and maximize profits from providing a range of services to the power system.
