Dora Omanović zaposlena je kao asistentica na Zavodu za komunikacijske i svemirske tehnologije Fakulteta elektrotehnike i računarstva (FER-a) od 2024. godine.

Na FER-u završila je prijediplomski studij Elektrotehnike i informacijske tehnologije te diplomski studij Informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije. Završni projekt "Implementacija metode konačnih elemenata" i diplomski rad "Modeliranje fizikalnih zakona temeljenih na podacima korištenjem fizikom informiranih neuronskih mreža" napisala je pod mentorstvom profesora Darija Bojanjca.

Trenutno je studentica doktorskog studija na FER-u, također pod mentorstvom profesora Darija Bojanjca, gdje se bavi znanstvenim strojnim učenjem te primjenom neuronskih mreža u homogenizaciji kompozitnih materijala.

Dora Omanović has been employed since 2024 as a teaching assistant at the Department of Communication and Space Technologies, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER).

She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology and her Master’s degree in Information and Communication Technologies at FER. She completed her Bachelor’s thesis “Implementation of the Finite Element Method” and her Master’s thesis “Data-Driven Modeling of Physical Laws Using Physics-Informed Neural Networks” under the supervision of Professor Dario Bojanjac.

She is currently pursuing her PhD studies at FER, also under the supervision of Professor Dario Bojanjac, focusing on scientific machine learning and the application of neural networks in homogenization of composite materials.
