    Životopis

    Dr. sc. Željka Lučev Vasić je izvanredna profesorica Sveučilišta u Zagrebu Fakulteta elektrotehnike i računarstva (FER). Diplomirala je s naglaskom na znanstveno-istraživačkom radu 2007. godine, na smjeru industrijska elektronika, a doktorirala s temom „Intrabody communication based on capacitive method“ (hrv. „Prijenos signala ljudskim tijelom zasnovan na kapacitivnoj metodi“) 2014. godine. Na FER-u je zaposlena od listopada 2007. godine kao znanstveni suradnik, od ožujka 2008. kao znanstveni novak u suradničkom zvanju asistenta, od rujna 2014. kao poslijedoktorand, od lipnja 2016. kao docent te od listopada 2021. kao izvanredni profesor. Njeni profesionalni i znanstveni interesi uključuju prijenos signala ljudskim tijelom te biomedicinsku elektroničku instrumentaciju i mjerenja. Sudjeluje u nastavi iz predmeta u području biomedicine, razvoja elektroničkih sustava te senzorskih tehnologija. Dobitnica je Državne nagrade za znanost za 2020. godinu u području tehničkih znanosti. Članica je stručnih udruženja IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers), IFMBE (International Federation of Medical and Biological Engineering) i HDBIMF (Hrvatsko društvo za biomedicinsko inženjerstvo i medicinsku fiziku).
