The work plan is structured in such a way that all objectives of the action are addressed. Our strategy is to enhance the transfer technology potential of the partner HEIs (UNIZG-FER and UNIZG-FTTS) by reinforcement of infrastructure for science-industry collaboration, to strengthen innovation capability and potential of the two partner HEIs, to develop the science-industry interface between the partner HEIs and SMEs in Croatian automotive sector, and to disseminate our project and R&D achievements to domestic and international public. The associate partner (ACC – Automotive Cluster Croatia) will assist in dissemination and communication with the SMEs. The work plan is organised in four activities-work packages (WPs) as shown in the figure below.
