Studying in Zagreb

"Zagreb is a very vibrant and interesting city. The combination of low costs access to services and a central geography makes Zagreb in my opinion one of the greatest ’student cities’. I study computing at FER in the university of Zagreb, and despite being a foreign student with limited Croatian ability, I never feel alienated this is probably helped by the fact the almost all of the Croatian youth speak English to some capacity. The treatment by faculty staff is also very good, you don’t feel like an oddity while still getting at least some preferential treatment haha! Ultimately I believe that Croatia is one of the best places to live in all of Europe, although this is probably a bit biased!"
