The project is organized into five different work packages (WP) as summarized in the following figure:

Project work on the WP level will be done by all participants involved in the WP and will be coordinated by respective WP leaders. All WP partners will be involved in detailed planning of technical work and coordination of activities carried out on activity level. The Project Coordinator will be Prof. Lea Skorin-Kapov (PI). The PI will monitor project execution according to the work plan and will be responsible for all administrative and financial reporting. All risks will be monitored and where necessary, actions will be undertaken according to the aforementioned contingency plan.
