Field experiments with the research...

Davorin Ambruš participated in field experiments of novel landmine detection sensors, performed by the research team of the University of Manchester, UK. The experiments were held from April 30 to May 3 on HCR-CTRO test site Benkovac, Croatia, and included testing of second generation metal characterization sensor and gound penetrating radar, developed within the scope of project SEMIS, funded by the charity Find a better way. A novel feature of the metal characterization sensor is its sensing head, designed through collaborative research activities of SEMIS and LISS teams. Joint work in Benkovac was also used for discussion and coordination of further research activities on projects SEMIS and PERUN.
