Paper accepted for IARP HUDEM 2016

Paper Embedding target discrimination capabilities into commercial handheld metal detectors for humanitarian demining authored by Davorin Ambrus, Darko Vasic, Vedran Bilas, Liam A Marsh, John L Davidson and Anthony J Peyton has been accepted for 14th IARP Workshop on Humanitarian Demining, C-IED, CBRNE threats and Risky Interventions, coupled with Mine Action 2016 conference, which will be held 26-29 April, 2016 in Biograd, Croatia. The paper presents a technical concept of a novel landmine detection system featuring inductive metal characterization, developed under research projects SEMIS (the University of Manchester) and PERUN (University of Zagreb, FER), with support from the landmine research charity Find a better way.
