We are looking for the right candidate to fill a Junior-level role for an Internship User Experience (UX) Designer that could lead to a full career path for the right candidates.

ReversingLabs was founded in 2009 with the mission to offer the ultimate threat detection solutions. Our security products are used by some of the largest organizations in the world, including 2 of the top 3 banks, 4 of the top 6 software companies, and 2 of the top 6 insurance companies. We have been honored with numerous awards including the 2021 SC Media Trust Award for Best Threat Intelligence Technology, a 2021 Top Black Unicorn Award, a 2020 Stevie Award, and the 2017 JPMorgan Chase Hall of Innovation Award for our truly unique malware and explainable threat intelligence products. Our center of development excellence is located in Zagreb, and we have offices in the United States. With a recent Series B investment led by Crosspoint Capital Partners, we’re poised to achieve rapid growth and deliver groundbreaking innovation as we enter 2022, so now is a great time to join our team

Our products and services are used worldwide by our loyal customer base (scoring a consistent NPS of +40), in addition to our Partner ecosystem using our technologies to deliver value in many leading security vendor services and offerings. Our user base is diverse in terms of usage patterns and needs, and with that comes the need for our organization to deliver agile, well-planned, and timely executed projects.

We are looking for the right candidate to fill a Junior-level role for an Internship User Experience (UX) Designer that could lead to a full career path for the right candidates. Since business needs can come to engineering in many guises, the UX Intern would work under the direct direction of our Product Design Lead, assisting with the day-to-day delivery execution of cross portfolio UX needs. The UX intern is additionally expected to work with development and QA teams within the Zagreb office.

The UX internship role provides an opportunity for a well-organised and proactive individual to work in a fast-paced, cutting-edge security company as a way to gain experience or - for the right candidates - to establish a career in the field.
