A doctoral student must take a total of 5 (five) courses, of which at least two (2) must be taken in the first and second semesters of study, and the rest can be taken in the third and fourth semesters. All courses must be successfully completed (with a positive grade) prior to initiating the process of evaluation of the doctoral thesis topic, as well as prior to the enrolment in the fifth semester.
The mode of a instruction depends on the number of enrolled students. For the courses with four or more students, there are regular clasees according to the schedule. For courses with three or fewer students, there is one introductory lecture (at least three hours) oriented towards key topics of the subject, followed by individual consultation. The date and time for the introductory lecture will be stated on the web page of the particular course.
