Responsible career decision-making and future career paths are the main themes of this year’s 19th Job Fair, which will take place on May 13 and 14, 2026, at the Mozaik Event Center, organized by FER, the FER Student Union, and KSET.
This year, more than one hundred companies from 13 different industries have registered, including market leaders such as Končar, Google, Rimac Technology, Medtronic, INA, Infinum, A1, and ZET.
"More than 2,500 visitors are expected, and they will have the opportunity to participate in lectures, panel discussions, workshops, and simulations on topics such as innovation in entrepreneurship, empowering individuals through technology, and making informed and purposeful career decisions. For all enthusiasts of cutting-edge technological solutions, there will also be a presentation of the automotive sensation Nevera by Bugatti Rimac", announces Bruno Vladislović, one of the Job Fair organizers.
Students will also have the opportunity to attend two panel discussions. The first will explore how intention, curiosity, and values help shape career decisions with a clear purpose. The second will demonstrate how data and data-driven insights can be responsibly used to make better and more meaningful decisions. Informal socializing after the official program will continue at the “Loosen Up” party at Movie Pub at the end of the first day of the event, featuring free cocktails, a music program, and a Jeopardy quiz, further encouraging networking and student interaction.
Admission to the Job Fair is free, but registration is required via the Job Fair website, where a list of all participants is available. During registration, a QR code will be generated on the personal profile page and will serve as the entry ticket. It is also worth noting that students can use the same QR code to share their contact details with interested company representatives they meet at the Job Fair, allowing them to stay in touch after the event.
