In collaboration with colleagues from the Genome Institute of Singapore and the Bioinformatics Institute, members of FER's Laboratory for Bioinformatics and Computational Biology were awarded for the most ambitious work at the Machine Learning for Life and Material Science (ML4LMS) workshop at one of the most important AI conferences, the Int'l Conference on Machine Learning (ICML).
The title of the paper is "RiNALMo: General-Purpose RNA Language Models Can Generalize Well on Structure Prediction Tasks" and you can access it here. The implementation of the model is publicly available in the associated Github repository.
