At the level of the University of Zagreb, international student exchange falls under the  International Relations Office.

International Relations Office at the University of Zagreb plans a series of programs related to financing of international cooperation. This also relates to the mobility programs of incoming and outgoing students. This activity is also reflected in keeping the existing agreements and the involvement in the new international university network.
