Course Description
Understanding the significance, impact, mechanisms, and most common communication problems of a project. Introduction to communication skills and possibilities for their improvement. Defining communication within the project team and communication with external stakeholders inside and outside the organization. Introduction to the specifics of virtual teams, the advantages and risks of communication, and technological solutions for effective communication. Describing new concepts of teamwork and the specifics of a global organization with respect to stakeholder management. Identification, analysis and management of project stakeholders and their active involvement in all processes. Specifics of global project management. Understanding the impact of good leadership on communication and effective involvement of project stakeholders
