Course Description

The course provides insight into the procedures for assigning certain areas of the radio frequency spectrum to certain services and services, including subjecting various licensing and concession systems. The spectrum management practice is explained in various parts of the world, with special emphasis on Europe and cross-border cooperation. The reasons for the use of radio frequency spectrum, advantages and possible applications are presented, both current and current.
