Course Description

The aim of the course is to show how the effective application of specific management and technical skills can achieve the desired quality of products, services and processes at minimal cost. The course covers the basic aspects of quality and their integration into the processes of planning, execution and supervision of the project. Standards related to quality, techniques and tools for quality assurance, supervision and improvement are presented. Challenges related to quality are described, as well as examples of good practices on how to deal with these challenges in order to achieve customer satisfaction and improve business performance. The course also deals with quality costs with reference to factors that negatively affect quality. Knowledge is acquired about a holistic approach to quality management and a methodology based on the collection and analysis of data to achieve quality and long-term success expressed in customer satisfaction. The emphasis is on quality management in which all stakeholders actively contribute to the creation of quality processes, products, services and work culture.
