Course Description
Structure and mathematical models of nonlinear control systems. Stability of nonlinear systems. Linearization of nonlinear systems. Nonlinear control by output signal. Design of a nonlinear system with adaptive structure. Unconventional control methods. Koopman operator and applications in nonlinear control systems, Control using (deep) neural networks.
Basic adaptive control structures. Recursive parameter identification. Deterministic and stochastic LQ and predictive regulators. Self-tuning regulator design. Stability and robustness problem.
Basic robust control structures. Robust regulator design. Fault detection and localization methods. Fault tolerant control. Robust MPC. Reconfigurable control
