Course Description

Determination of fundamental physical constants. Realization and maintenance of standards of electromagnetic quantities. Quantum standards of voltage and resistance. High-accuracy methods of measurement of dc and ac quantities, their ratios and impedances. Methods of ac/dc transfer. Precise analog and digital measuring instruments, and their calibration. Interferences and their elimination Statistical analysis of measurement data. Uncertainty of measurement. Traceability and quality insurance.
