Course Description
The legal status and powers of the regulatory body implementing regulations regulating the area of electronic communications as well as the bodies which implement the general rules on the protection of competition. The system of legal protection against decisions made by these bodies. Concepts and issues related to law and competition policy and liberalization processes in the field of electronic communications.
