Course Description

Electric power engineering as a multidisciplinary field. Power systems operation, modelling and calculations. Real time data acquisition and processing. Applications of artificial intelligence in power engineering: artificial neural networks, fuzzy logic, support vector machines, evolutionary algorithms in power system analysis and control, state estimation and security assessment, forecasting and fault analysis.
