Course Description

The purpose of this course is to introduce and establish principles for a project management framework applicable to project management in various fields, such as computing, information technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and others. These principles include proven procedures that are widely applied, as well as innovative emerging practices. The aim of the course is to train students for the correct approach to project participation, understanding the key concepts of project management from the perspective of project managers and project participants, from theoretical assumptions to practical application.
