Course Description
Basics of audio technology and concepts of analogue and digital audio devices. Measuring units. Audio preamplifiers, power amplifiers. Devices for amplitude, dynamic, time and frequency processing of audio signals. Connecting of audio devices and systems. Distortions of audio devices. Testing of audio devices, components and systems. Digital audio devices. Specific features of audio signal sampling. Theory of A/D and D/A converters and their application in audiotechnics. Connection between digital audio devices and system latecy.
