Course Description
Electromagnetic (EM) fields in the spectrum of EM radiation. The characteristics and main sources of EM fields. Environmental impacts of EM fields. Concept of EM pollution. Electrical facilities and devices as sources of EM pollution. Legislation in the area of protection against the EM fields. The influence of protective legislation on design and exploitation of sources of EM fields. Instrumentation and methods for EM fields measurement and evaluation. Methods of protection against EM fields.
