The results of the summer CA1E summer exam are now published in the system. You can see your exam this Thursday, July 10th, at NOON, in room A204, but only if you send me an e-mail about this, by Wednesday, July 9th, midnight.
If you are not satisfied with your PASSING grade and you'd like to retake the exam, you should submit the "Grade retake request form", available on our Moodle course page, by Thursday, July 10th, midnight. You can send it to me by e-mail.
After that date, the grade will be finalized and locked in the system.
The CA1E summer exam will be held on Monday, July 7th, 2025, in the room A-111. The duration of the final exam is 90 minutes, starting at 14:30 (but come a few minutes earlier). The final exam is worth 85 points and consists of a combination of theoretical questions and programming assignments. The exam covers all content of the course.
In order to register for the exam, you have to APPLY MANUALLY, using the Exam registration link in your Intranet FERWeb page (see the navigation above).
In order to take the exam, the conditions from labs and quizzes apply.
You can bring:
- printed official cheatsheet (on paper, no laptops!)
- papers for solving assignments (as little as possible, let's protect our forests ;-) ) - although you actually don't need them, read on
You will get an official "paper sleeve" to put the other papers inside. On the paper sleeve (inside and on the back) you can write and solve the assignments. In fact, it is preferable that you write the programming task on the inside of the sleeve, because that way you have enough space on two adjacent A4 papers. All papers with solutions and the original exam paper with tasks should be inserted into the sleeve. You also write your data (surname and first name, JMBAG) on the paper with the tasks you receive and solve the theoretical tasks on it.
The use of any aids, literature or devices is not allowed during the exam. Only the official ARM cheetsheet is allowed.
Any use of illegal aids entails the cancellation of the exam and a report to the Committee for Disciplinary Responsibility of Students. Also, any mutual rewriting will mean the same for all rewriting participants. If you copy solutions "over someone's shoulder", without him/her knowing or allowing it, it still means copying for both participants who will be reported to the Committee. If you are afraid that someone will copy from you, do not keep your solutions in a place visible to other colleagues.
Good luck! :-)
