Course Description

Accounting as a "language of modern business" and the use of accounting information for making business decisions. Understanding the environment in which the accounting information was generated and used. Acquisition of specific knowledge of accounting categories and their coverage in financial statements. Mastering the skills of reading and understanding the financial statements.
