Course Description

Structure and action of international and regional organizations for standardization. Technical standard application in several fields of electrical engineering. Procedure for Croatian standard approval in field of electrical engineering.

Learning Outcomes

  1. explain processes related to the origin of technical standardization
  2. explain processes related to existence of technical legislation
  3. explain and detail description of existing processes and institutions of European technical standardization
  4. explain and detail description of existing processes and institutions of Croatian technical standardization
  5. demonstrate the most important examples of global technical standardization
  6. interactive cooperation with students show the standardization results on the example
