Course Description
The challenges in cyber security are very complex, which is why the possibility of using artificial intelligence, and specifically machine learning, has been researched for many years to mitigate the problems we face. The application of artificial intelligence in cyber security ranges from design and development to maintenance in production, detection of errors and attacks, and the like. A more recent area of research is the application of artificial intelligence in offensive security, given that there is a great need for a skilled workforce. In general, it is a very large and active area which, due to the latest development of artificial intelligence, represents a great research and commercial potential. The purpose of this course is to give students an overview of the field of application of artificial intelligence in security, and then, through the analysis of the latest scientific research, to give an overview of the latest research trends, as well as research results.
