What is TLP?
The Technical Leadership Program (TLP) is the result of a unique partnership between Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER) and IEDC - Bled School of Management. It is an intense program designed for university graduates in STEM areas having relevant professional experience, and interested in furthering their careers as business leaders responsible for functional units or business areas, such as IT, SCM, manufacturing, technology or R&D. The program will broaden participants’ managerial and leadership perspectives while building on their professional expertise. Throughout the program, the participants will gain analytical and practical insights that will enable them to have a great impact on their colleagues as well as the organisation. The competencies further developed through the program will serve as an excellent basis for bringing their career to a strategic level.

In order to apply a University degree in STEM area is needed as well as minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience. As module is delivered in English, a working level of English language is required.
